Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been accepted by the system and the game round has started, it cannot usually be cancelled or modified. Any option to cancel or buy back a Bet is a feature of specific Games and is subject to those Games' rules.
- Operator-initiated voiding: The Operator may declare a Bet void and reverse associated winnings if the Bet, game outcome or payout was affected by an obvious error, malfunction, misconfiguration, incorrect odds or breach of these Terms.
- Technical interruptions: If your connection is interrupted after a Bet is placed but before the game round is completed, the result will be determined by the game server. In such cases, the final outcome recorded on the server will prevail and will be reflected in your balance once the connection is restored.

- Respectful behaviour: You must treat live dealers and other players with respect. Abusive, obscene, threatening, discriminatory or harassing language or behaviour in chat or other interactive features is strictly prohibited.

General Bonus Principles

- Single participation: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may claim each promotion only once per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and shared computer environment.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Bonus activation: Some Bonuses require you to opt in, enter a bonus code or select a promotion during deposit. Others may be credited automatically. It is your responsibility to verify that a Bonus has been applied before you start playing.

Prohibited Games and Bonus Abuse

- Multiple promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses may not be combined. Only one active Bonus may contribute to wagering at any given time. Attempting to stack multiple Bonuses or re-use the same promotion across linked Accounts is considered abuse.
